Day 1: Arrival at Leh (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport – IXL)
Experience the ultimate adventure as you arrive in Leh. Our representative or driver will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. After check-in, focus on acclimatization—keep movement minimal, drink at least 3 liters of water, and rest well to avoid altitude sickness. In the evening, attend an orientation session followed by bike allocation and a welcome dinner.

Day 2: Leh to Lamayuru – 135 Kms
Begin your morning with a hearty breakfast and set off along the iconic NH1. We’ll stop at the mesmerizing confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, followed by a visit to Alchi Monastery, known for its Indo-Tibetan murals. Our day ends in Lamayuru, the “Moonland of Ladakh,” where we explore Lamayuru Monastery before spending the night in this tranquil Himalayan village.

Day 3: Lamayuru to Aryan Valley – 80 Kms
Today’s ride takes you over Fotu La Pass (4,108 m), offering sweeping mountain views. Descend into the picturesque Chiktan village and continue along remote roads into the lush and culturally rich Aryan Valley. Home to the Drokpa community, this hidden gem features apricot orchards, traditional Ladakhi hamlets, and unforgettable hospitality.

Day 4: Aryan Valley to Stok Village – 170 Kms
We ride alongside the Indus River, pass through Khaltsi, and make our way back toward Leh. Turning off to Stok Village, located at the base of the Stok Kangri range, we explore its serene surroundings and visit Stok Palace, the residence of Ladakh’s former royal family. A peaceful stay awaits in this charming village.

Day 5: Stok Village to Nubra Valley – 145 Kms
Cross the legendary Khardung La Pass (5,359 m), once the highest motorable road in the world. From high-altitude peaks to Nubra’s desert landscape, this ride is unforgettable. En route, visit Diskit Monastery and witness the iconic Maitreya Buddha statue. We settle in Nubra’s scenic villages for the night.

Day 6: Nubra Valley to Turtuk and Back – 160 Kms
Ride along the Shyok River to reach Turtuk, one of India’s northernmost villages near the Pakistan border. This culturally unique Baltistani village, only open to tourists since 2010, offers a blend of apricot orchards, stone houses, and warm hospitality. Return to Nubra in the evening through dramatic Himalayan scenery.

Day 7: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake – 180 Kms
Ride through the rugged, less-traveled Shyok Valley road, crossing riverbeds and narrow gorges. The day ends at the breathtaking Pangong Lake (4,250 m), stretching into Tibet and shimmering in vibrant shades of blue beneath the vast sky. Rest by the lakeside and absorb the peaceful beauty of this high-altitude gem.

Day 8: Pangong Lake to Hanle – 170 Kms
Today’s remote route takes us past Chushul and Tsaga La Pass (approx. 4,600 m). Journey through dirt tracks, military zones, and vast open valleys as we approach Hanle, a peaceful village known for its ancient monastery and the world’s highest observatory. Accommodation will be in basic homestays with limited amenities.

Day 9: Hanle to Umling La and Back – 150 Kms
The ultimate riding challenge awaits — a day ride to Umling La Pass (5,798 m), the highest motorable road in the world. The journey is steep and surreal, with sparse oxygen and incredible panoramic views. After soaking in the spiritual and scenic highs, we return to Hanle with memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 10: Hanle to Leh – 255 Kms
Ride across the Changthang plains via Loma, Nyoma, and Mahe. Pass wild landscapes, geothermal springs near Chumathang, and nomadic settlements along the way. After a long but scenic journey, we return to Leh, where civilization meets memories of remote high-altitude adventure.

Day 11: Rest Day in Leh / Explore on Your Own
Take the day to relax or explore Leh at your own pace. Visit the vibrant Leh Market, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, or nearby monasteries like Thiksey. It’s the perfect opportunity to rest, reflect, back up your travel photos, and enjoy some quiet time before the journey concludes.

Day 12: Departure from Leh
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport for your departure.
