Day 1 – 
Arrival at Leh (No Ride)

Upon arrival at Leh Airport (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport), you will be picked up from the airport and check into the hotel. Since Leh is located at the height of 3500Mtrs ASL, it is very important for each one of you to have enough rest to get acclimatized for the upcoming days. No motorcycles will be provided today since you need enough time to get acclimatized.

Day 2 –
Leh To Lamayuru,
Kilometers – 115

After breakfast we will start our ride towards Lamayuru, The village is famous for the Lamayuru Monastery, also known as Yung Drung Monastery. This is one of the oldest and largest monasteries in Ladakh, believed to have been founded in the 10th century. It is an important center of Tibetan Buddhism and belongs to the Drikung Kagyu school.

Day 3 – 
Lamayuru to Aryan Valley,
Kilometers – 75

Nestled in the enchanting and remote landscapes of Ladakh, India, the Dah and Hanu villages offer a glimpse into a world that feels frozen in time. Tucked away in the rugged folds of the Himalayas, these villages are more than just geographical locations; they are living, breathing museums of the Dard people, a distinct and ancient ethnic group native to this region.

Day 4 – 
Dah hanu to Stok Village,
Kilometers – 190

After exploring the ancient beauty of Aryan Valley, we will ride back towards Stok Village. Stok Village is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. It is surrounded by towering mountain ranges and offers breathtaking vistas of the Himalayas, making it an ideal spot for those seeking tranquillity and natural beauty. The landscape is characterized by rugged terrain, lush green valleys, and the sparkling Indus River that meanders through the region. By evening we will reach Stok and visit Stok Gompa for the breathtaking views of Leh City.

Day 5 – 
Stok to Nubra valley

Kilometers – 140

Today we will start our journey towards Nubra Valley, Nubra valley is the coldest desert situated at the height of 10000ft ASL in the Himalayas. Before reaching we will cross Khardungla pass at the height of 5380Mtrs, which is the world’s highest motorable road. We will also visit Diskit Gompa and Hunder sand dunes, where you can do a double hump camel safari. By evening we will reach the camp in Nubra Valley.

Day 6 – 
Nubra Valley to Turtuk & Back

Kilometers – 160

After exploring the coldest desert, day 6 on the Ladakh Motorcycle Tour continues towards Turtuk Village. Turtuk is a tiny farming village nestled between snow-topped mountains in India’s far north-western region of Ladakh. Probably one of the most beautiful villages in Nubra Valley, surrounded by Apricots barley farming is an important source of income. It is situated next to the Shyok River, Turtuk is one of the few places in India where one can witness Balti culture, It is the last major village where tourist activity is allowed before the Line of Control with Pakistan. By evening we will ride back to Nubra Valley.

Day 7 – 
Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

Kilometers – 170

Soon after breakfast, we will start our ride towards Pangong Tso Lake, before that we will cross multiple check posts where we need to submit our restricted area permits and inner line permits. By early evening we will reach Spangmik village which is on the banks of Pangong Tso Lake. We will be staying at tented accommodation today. Pangong Lake is located at the height of 4225 Mt ASL.

Day 8 – 
Pangong Lake to Tsomoriri Lake

Kilometers – 186

After exploring the magnificent vistas of Pangong Lake, today we will ride further towards Changthang region, which is the home of Changpa nomads. Tso Moriri, also known as Lake Moriri, is a hidden gem of Ladakh. Nestled at a staggering altitude of about 15,000 feet, this high-altitude lake is a sanctuary for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. Its pristine waters, surrounded by the stark beauty of the Himalayan desert, offer an extraordinary setting for relaxation and introspection.

Day 9 –
Tsomoriri Lake to Leh

Kilometers – 210

We will leave Tso Moriri Lake after breakfast and head towards Leh, We will ride in the middle of Changthang valley through some of the ancient villages en route. It will be a longer day with 8 hours of riding, by evening we will reach Leh. Evening you can spend time in Leh Market shopping.

Day 10 – 
Departure from Leh, After breakfast, you will be dropped to Leh Airport towards your onward journey. Breakfast included.

  1. Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle with fuel for the entire trip as per the itinerary.
  2. Accommodation on a Double sharing basis (Hotels/Camps/Guest House).
  3. Breakfast and Dinner (Set Menu meals, Starts from Dinner on Day 1 and ends with Breakfast on Day 10).
  4. English Speaking Tour leader for the whole tour as per the itinerary Mechanic for the entire tour as per the itinerary.
  5. A backup vehicle for Luggage.
  6. Helmets for rider and pillion, Riding gloves for rider, knee and elbow guard for both rider and pillion (All the gears are used ones, we recommend each rider to carry their own riding gears).
  7. Portable oxygen cylinders during the entire tour and First Aid Kit.
  8. Inner line permits and Restricted area permits for the Ladakh region.
  9. GST at 18% is included.
  10. Airport transfers at Leh.
  1. All your international and Domestic flight tickets.
  2. Visa charges.
  3. Medical or travel insurance.
  4. Personal Damages/accidental damages cost to the motorcycle is not included (Client has to pay for any damages that happened during the tour).
  5. Alcohol, tips, room service, or anything that is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
  6. Lunch or any other meals which are not mentioned in the inclusions.
  7. For any extra cost arising due to weather conditions, local disturbances, etc, the client has to pay the cost of extra days on the spot.
  8. Refundable security deposit of Rs. 7,500/- per bike.

  1. A valid driving license is compulsory for all riders.
  2. Hotel check-in time will start after 11 am only (Early check-in is subject to availability).
  3. Any damages to the motorcycle will be completely borne by the participant on the spot to continue the tour.
  4. Any sort of Drugs/Alcohol during the ride is completely prohibited and Motorcycle Escapades will have a complete right to terminate the participant from the tour without any REFUND.
  5. After finishing the day’s ride, our lead rider or mechanic will collect the bike keys from each rider, this is to ensure the bikes are maintained properly for uninterrupted service during the tour.
  6. Breakfast and dinner will be provided as per the inclusions in the itinerary as per the set menu from the hotels, anything ordered extra has to be borne by the participant to the hotel on the spot.
  7. The availability of non-veg food completely depends on the hotel; since we are traveling in remote places, we cannot ensure the availability of non-veg food every day.
  8. All hotels mentioned in the itinerary will remain unchanged, in case there is an issue with the hotel, we will provide a similar category hotel.
  9. Hot water is subject to availability in Sarchu, Nubra, and Pangong Lake, or any other remote locations.
  10. In any case, if the tour gets interrupted due to weather conditions, landslides, avalanches, or any political or local issue, then participants should take care of the cost of alternate accommodation, we will help in finding the alternate hotel and participants should pay upfront directly to the hotel.
  11. Motorcycle Escapades can change or revise the sequence of the day-wise program without any prior notice or information, it may be because of unforeseen conditions during the tour.
  12. In case of any accident or damage to the bike during the tour and if the same needs to be transported in an additional pickup truck the cost has to be borne by the participant.
  13. Luggage size: One rucksack and a small backpack per person is permitted. NO trolly bags/suitcase is allowed.
