Embark on an exhilarating journey through the picturesque landscapes and cultural tapestry of Kerala on our exclusive Motorcycle Tour. Traverse through the diverse terrain of this enchanting state, from the historic city of Kochi to the tranquil backwaters of Alleppey, exploring captivating destinations along the way. Kerala, a state in the Southern part of India, has 600Kms of the Arabian seashore. It’s known for its palm-lined beaches and backwaters, a network of canals. Inland are the Western Ghats, mountains whose slopes support tea, coffee and spice plantations as well as wildlife. National parks like Eravikulam and Periyar, plus Wayanad and other sanctuaries, are home to elephants, langur monkeys, and tigers. Eastern Kerala consists of land encroached upon by the Western Ghats; the region thus includes high mountains, gorges, and deep-cut valleys. The wildest lands are covered with dense forests, while other regions lie under tea and coffee plantations (established mainly in the 19th and 20th centuries) or other forms of cultivation. The Western Ghats rise on average to 1500 m elevation above sea level.
Day 1 –
Arrival at Kochi
Arrive at Kochi International Airport, we will pick you up from the airport and check you into your hotel. Spend the day exploring the vibrant bazaars, historical sites and enjoy local cuisine. Later, relax on the beautiful beaches of Kochi. In the evening, we return to the hotel, we will have a briefing followed by dinner
Day 2 –
Kochi to Athirapally
Miles – 63
Start your expedition in motorcycle traveling from Kochi to Athirappilly. Enjoy the scenic route and visit the majestic Athirappilly waterfalls, one of the largest waterfalls in Kerala. Take a dip in the water and rejuvenate in the lap of nature. Nestled amidst the lush greenery of the Western Ghats in Kerala, Athirapally Falls stands as a majestic testament to the awe-inspiring beauty of nature. Cascading from a height of approximately 80 feet (24 meters), these magnificent falls are often referred to as the “Niagara of India,” captivating visitors with their sheer grandeur and mesmerizing charm.
Day 3 –
Athirapally to Valaparai

After breakfast, we will start our journey towards Valaparai, we will deviate from the regular path and take the road less traveled via National Park of Southern India. We will enter the Parambikulam Tiger Reserve and the Annamalai Forest, we will ride for 70 km inside the deep jungles of India. It is famous for elephants The route from Athirapally to Valparai offers breathtaking views of the Western Ghats and lush greenery & some of the most picturesque landscapes in the region, with tea estates, rolling hills, and hairpin bends.
Day 4 –
Valaparai to Kodaikanal
Miles – 112
Start your journey from Valparai and head towards Pollachi by navigating 40 hairpin bends, The route takes you through picturesque tea estates, dense forests, and winding roads as you descend from the hills. From Pollachi, continue towards Udumalpet,This leg of the journey offers views of agricultural fields and rural Tamil Nadu. this ride takes you through small towns and villages, with occasional views of the Western Ghats in the distance. and the last strenth for the day our journey is from Palani to Kodaikanal, which is roughly 65 kilometers away. This part of the route ascends into the hills, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and forests as you approach the hill station of Kodaikanal.
Day 5 –
Kodaikanal to Munnar

The journey from Kodaikanal to Munnar is not merely a passage from one destination to another but a soul- stirring odyssey through the natural wonders of the Western Ghats. From the tranquil hills of Kodaikanal to the tea-clad slopes of Munnar, every mile traversed is a testament to the unparalleled beauty of South India’s hill country. Embark on this day-long escapade, and let the timeless charm of the landscape leave an indelible imprint on your heart.
Day 6 –
Sightseeing in Munnar
With its mesmerizing landscapes, lush greenery, and tranquil ambiance, Munnar offers a perfect retreat for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Spend a day exploring its natural wonders, immersing yourself in the beauty of the Western Ghats, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Day 7 –
Munnar to Thekkady
Miles – 99
Start your journey in Munnar and head south towards Devikulam. You’ll pass through lush tea estates and rolling hills, enjoying the cool mountain air. From Devikulam, continue south towards Anachal. The road meanders through picturesque landscapes, with occasional viewpoints offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and tea gardens, you’ll encounter winding roads flanked by dense forests and cascading streams, creating a serene atmosphere. The terrain becomes more rugged, with occasional stretches of dense vegetation, enjoying the tranquility of the forested surroundings.
Day 8 –
Thekkady to Varkala
Miles – 105
Thekkady to Varkala is a beautiful journey in Kerala, India, offering scenic landscapes and diverse experiences. This part of the journey is relatively easy, with well-maintained roads and lush green surroundings. This stretch offers picturesque views of tea and spice plantations as you ascend into the Western Ghats & smooth roads bordered by coconut palms and paddy fields, providing a quintessential Kerala landscape. The journey offers a blend of coastal views and lush greenery as you approach Varkala, known for its stunning cliffs and beaches.
Day 9 –
Varkala – Rest Day
Take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque Varkala Cliff, which runs parallel to the beach. You’ll find charming cafes, souvenir shops,etc, and Treat yourself to a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage or spa treatment at one of the many wellness centers in Varkala. End your rest day in Varkala by watching the spectacular sunset over the Arabian Sea. Head to one of the cliffside cafes or viewpoints for the best vantage point, and witness the sky painted in hues of orange and pink as the sun dips below the horizon.
Day 10 –
Varkala to Allepy
Miles – 56
This leg of the journey offers views of serene backwaters and traditional Kerala architecture, as you pass through quaint villages and small towns and it takes you through scenic landscapes dotted with coconut palms and paddy fields, with occasional views of the backwaters. The route offers breathtaking views of the backwaters and mangrove forests, as you approach the famous backwater destination of Alleppey. and staying in Boat House.
Day 11 –
Allepy to Kochi
Miles – 55
Conclude your trip by returning to Kochi. Spend the day exploring the remaining attractions or indulge in some last-minute shopping. Leave Kochi with wonderful memories of your motorcycle adventure in Kerala.
Day 12 – Departure from Kochi
Depart Kochi After breakfast, we will drop you at the airport to continue your journey. End of the tour.
Terrain info -Most of the day it will be a single lane track with lots of Turns & Twists, Coffee & Tea Plantations, watch out for stray dogs, a few bad roads in between, More than 100 hairpin bends, hilly roads and lot of lush green forest.
