TRAVEL and TOUR RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/LIABILITY WAIVER FORM for Adventure
Motorcycle Tours. Motorcycle Escapades provides/organizes adventure motorcycle tours in India and other destinations, all participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and positively. All riders must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Team leader or ride captain of Motorcycle Escapades during the tour. LIABILITY WAIVER / RISK
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

______________________________________________ understand that participation in Motorcycle Escapades Adventure motorcycle tours or Road Trip activities could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death, or property loss, and despite safety precautions, Motorcycle Escapades cannot guarantee the safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented. Motorcycle Escapades does not provide health and accident insurance for trip participants, and I understand that any medical expenses, property loss, Damage to the motorcycles, damage to the third party or other personal expenditures that result during or from this travel/ trip, are to be borne by the participant.

• In any case, if the tour is cancelled, postponed or any change in itinerary due to weather condition, political condition or any local issue, the cost of the extra day will be borne by me, not by Motorcycle Escapades.
• In any case, if I met with an accident due to negligence of self or met with an accident with 3rd party, then all the cost of damage will be borne by me, Motorcycle Escapades holds no responsibility for my negligence.
• I further acknowledge that if I drive my own vehicle, or is a passenger in another’s a private vehicle in connection With this Motorcycle tour, that Motorcycle Escapades auto insurance does not cover such a private vehicle or backup vehicle
• Motorcycle Escapades is only responsible for providing the services mentioned in the inclusions and exclusions of the itinerary, any extra cost will be borne by self and not from Motorcycle Escapades.
• In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with this trip and any recreational activities noted within; and with a full understanding of the above issues/ conditions and risks, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Motorcycle Escapades its staff, ride captains, hotels, drivers, mechanics, and agents from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and all claims, suits, and demands of any nature arising from participation in a said trip, or activities.
